Drawing and Painting

Drawing and Painting is a wonderful opportunity for students to practice the essential skill of observing and carefully recording what they see. This is an essential foundational skill in art. Through this class, students are excited to discover that they actually can draw! They practice a series of right-brained exercises, learn how to manipulate color, control a paint brush, and practice mastering different media. Each student has shown a tremendous amount of growth this year, creating artwork worth framing and hanging on the wall! Enjoy the show!
