These beautiful books were the first pieces students created this year. They were given several materials and told they would create a multi-media squash book that represented their personality. The book criteria included drawings, colors that fit the mood of the overall theme, and a well-composed layout and cover. This was before any formal training in class. This project was their opportunity to show me how they draw and communicate visually...and they nailed it!
