Honors Art Students come to this class with advanced skills in all mediums and are challenged to use their art as a tool to communicate.  Students select a topic they connect to strongly and then express both thoughts and feelings in a visual way, selecting different mediums that best support the message of each piece, in order to create a comprehensive portfolio.

AP Art Students are challenged to take their advanced skills one step further and approach their topic in the form of a question, which begins a journey of sustained investigation, through the use of practice, experimentation, and revision. This comprehensive AP portfolio is then submitted to The College Board as the final exam for review and scoring, to earn college credits.
